The International Programme Committee (IPC) invites delegates to submit proposals for contributed papers that fall within the theme of the Meeting, for either oral or poster presentation. The IPC reserves the privilege of the final selection and grouping of oral and poster contributions. Abstracts must be submitted in English, limited to one A4 page (250-300 words) and must reach the Secretariat no later than Delegates whose abstracts have been accepted, can submit extended abstracts (optional) of maximum four A4 pages for inclusion in the final programme. The extended abstracts must reach the secretariat no later than 18 July 2003. Abstracts / extended abstracts will be distributed to delegates as a workbook. Please note that no papers will be included in the programme unless full payment for the speaker has been received by No papers or abstracts will be included in the conference book if not presented at the meeting. Guidelines for AuthorsOral presentations: 35 minutes for keynote presentations, 25 or 20 minutes for other oral presentations (all including time for questions). Session lecturers will be notified by e-mail after 6 May 2003. Please also consult the programme. Poster contributions: will be presented during the poster session. Some of the poster abstracts could be selected by the IPC for oral presentations. Audiovisual facilities: will include data projectors, slide projectors, overhead projectors, notebook computers and laser pointers. Please indicate the requirements for your presentation on the Abstract submission form. Submission of AbstractsAbstracts may be submitted to the Secretariat by mail or, e-mail (preferred) and must reach the secretariat no later than 30 June 2003. Electronic submission of abstracts will be accepted in MS-Word format only. Abstracts must comply with the following guidlelines:
