The Organising Committee would like to invite delegates to submit proposals for contributed papers that fall within the theme of the Workshop, for either oral or poster presentation.

Abstracts must be submitted in English, may not exceed 250-300 words and must reach the Secretariat not later than 15 April 2006.

Please note: Although the deadline has passed, submission of abstracts for POSTER presentations are still welcome (all available time slots for oral presentations have been filled).

Delegates whose abstracts have been accepted, can submit extended abstracts of a maximum of two A4 size pages for inclusion in the workshop workbook.

Abstracts will be reviewed by the international Programme Committee and authors will be notified whether their papers have been accepted for oral or poster presentations.

Invited speakers' full papers and extended abstracts of contributed papers must reach the Secretariat not later than 15 July 2006.

Please note that no papers will be included in the programme unless full payment for the speaker has been received by 30 June 2006.

Since the number of participants will be limited, and interest in the conference is high, early registration is very advisable.

A selection of special invited papers will be published in book form.

Oral papers: The exact format for papers as well as the length of the talks will be published at a later stage. Please check the website regularly.

Posters: The exact format for posters will be published at a later stage. Please check the website regularly.

Abstracts may be submitted to the Secretariat by mail or, preferably, by e-mail. Short abstracts for all contributed papers must reach the Secretariat by 15 April 2006. Extended Abstracts must reach the Secretariat by 15 July 2006.

Electronic submission of abstracts will be accepted in the following formats only:

• MS-Word (preferred)
• WordPerfect
• TeX or LaTeX
• plain text (ASCII)

For e-mail submissions, plain text, TeX, or LaTeX files can be sent in the body of the e-mail or as attachments, while the WP and Word files must be sent as attachments.

Invited speakers' full papers may be submitted to the Secretariat by mail (please include a copy of the MS-Word .doc file on a disk) or e-mail (as an attached MS-Word .doc file) and must reach the Secretariat by 15 July 2006.
