An online registration form is available. This form can be used for preliminary registration to book a place at INDABA IV. If you would prefer to fax the registration form, you may do so by printing the web page, or by using a text only page (to print this text page, use 15mm margins and a 10 pt fixed spaced font - eg Courier or Lucinda Console). This text only page is also ideal for e-mailing your registration to the primary contact e-mail address below. The preliminary registration and the proposed title of your presentation must reach the Secretariat by 31 March 2003. Please note: Although this deadline has passed, further registrations are still welcome.

Accommodation may be requested as single (one person per hut) or shared (two or three people per hut). However, if the demand for single occupancy is too high to be met from the number of available huts, delegates requesting single occupancy may be asked to share with one other person (with, of course, a commensurate reduction in the accommodation fee to the shared rate).

Full payment must be made (by one of the methods set out on the Workshop Fees page) before 30 April 2003 (to take advantage of the "Early Bird" registration fee rate) or no later than 30 June 2003 to secure your registration for INDABA IV.
