The Organising Committee would like to invite delegates to submit proposals for contributed papers that fall within the theme of the Workshop, for either oral or poster presentation. Abstracts must be submitted in English, may not exceed 250-300 words and must reach the Secretariat not later than Delegates whose abstracts have been accepted, can submit extended abstracts of a maximum of two A4 size pages for inclusion in the workshop workbook. Abstracts will be reviewed by the international Programme Committee and authors will be notified whether their papers have been accepted for oral or poster presentations. Invited speakers are requested to submit full papers of their presentations which will be distributed to participants in a workbook (together with the extended abstracts of contributed papers). The full papers should preferably be in the required format for subsequent publication in a special issue of Crystal Engineering (see Submission of Full Papers below) and should preferably be submitted by e-mail as an attached MS-Word .doc file. Invited speakers' full papers and extended abstracts of contributed papers must reach the Secretariat not later than Authors of contributed papers may also submit full papers for publication in the special issue of Crystal Engineering. Conference ProceedingsSelected papers presented at the Indaba will be published in a special edition of Crystal Engineering. Guidelines for AuthorsOral papers: Invited speakers will have 60 minutes and contributed papers will have 30 minutes, which includes questioning time. Posters: The exact format for posters will be published at a later stage. Please check the website regularly. Submission of AbstractsAbstracts may be submitted to the Secretariat by mail or, preferably, by e-mail. Short abstracts for all contributed papers must reach the Secretariat by 31 May 2003.
