The Organising Committee would like to invite delegates to submit proposals for contributed papers that fall within the theme of the Workshop, for either oral or poster presentation.

Abstracts must be submitted in English, may not exceed 250-300 words and must reach the Secretariat not later than 31 May 2003.

Delegates whose abstracts have been accepted, can submit extended abstracts of a maximum of two A4 size pages for inclusion in the workshop workbook.

Abstracts will be reviewed by the international Programme Committee and authors will be notified whether their papers have been accepted for oral or poster presentations.

Invited speakers are requested to submit full papers of their presentations which will be distributed to participants in a workbook (together with the extended abstracts of contributed papers). The full papers should preferably be in the required format for subsequent publication in a special issue of Crystal Engineering (see Submission of Full Papers below) and should preferably be submitted by e-mail as an attached MS-Word .doc file.

Invited speakers' full papers and extended abstracts of contributed papers must reach the Secretariat not later than 15 July 2003.

Authors of contributed papers may also submit full papers for publication in the special issue of Crystal Engineering. The papers should be in the required format (see Submission of Full Papers below) and may be submitted by e-mail, as an MS-Word .doc file attachment, to the editor of Crystal Engineering, Mike Zaworotko: zaworo@chuma1.cas.usf.edu. Please indicate in the e-mail that the paper will be presented at Indaba IV and is for the special issue of Crystal Engineering. .

Please note that no papers will be included in the programme unless full payment for the speaker has been received by 30 June 2003.

Since the number of participants will be limited, and interest in the conference is high, early registration is very advisable.
