Workshop Fees

All fees will be charged in South African Rands (ZAR). To obtain the current exchange rates and to convert the ZAR amounts into your own currency [Euros (€) GBP (£), USD ($), etc] consult the Universal Currency Converter

Upon registration, delegates will receive an invoice with all the banking details of the conference account. Payments can be made by means of direct deposit into the conference account, international money drafts, or by credit card (Visa, MasterCard and American Express).

a. Includes admittance to all scientific sessions, the Book of Abstracts, lunch for 4 days and 2 functions.
b. For bona fide (i.e. full time) students. To qualify for this fee we will need a declaration from the advisor/supervisor regarding the status of the student.
c. Includes lunch for 4 days, 2 functions and conference gifts.
d. Covers return transport from either O R Tambo International Airport or Kruger Mpumalanga International Airport to Skukuza, as well as 2 daily excursions for game viewing in the Kruger National Park for the duration of the conference (Mon-Thurs).
e. This includes a Community levy of 1% on accommodation payable from June 2012. Please note that the maximum number of people per room is 3. Sharing accommodation will only be allowed if you indicate who you would like to share with.
f. Some bungalows have equipped kitchens as well as fireplaces outside. Delegates have the choice of preparing their own breakfast or dinner for the days when there are no functions. The above fees are payable in full on or before 31 May (for early bird) or 31 July (final date).
